PROFESSIONAL STATUS

Mr. Markovich has experience in structural and waterproofing consultation for the repair and rehabilitation of concrete, timber, masonry and steel structures, with a strong emphasis on concrete rehabilitation. Mr. Markovich's experience ranges from small scale projects to providing contract administration on large scale, commercial and governmental projects overseeing the work product of multidiscipline design teams.

His major responsibilities include structural and waterproofing investigations, material testing, and analysis of distressed building components for defective building systems. He develops remedial repair designs suited to the clients needs and provides contract administration during construction. His projects include concrete parking structures, facades, bridges and historic cathedrals, masonry facade repair, plaza waterproofing, below grade waterproofing, balcony waterproofing, traffic deck coatings, sealant repair and stucco.
