PROFESSIONAL STATUS

Mr. Moe is a partner at Ferrari Moe, LLP, Architects & Engineers. He has over twenty years of professional experience in renovation and rehabilitation as well as evaluation and correction of building failures for a wide range of projects. Mr. Moe's experience extends from high-rise window wall systems to roof related evaluations. He has experience in addressing all aspects of the building envelope for rehabilitation and remedial design.

Mr. Moe has been a registered Architect since 1979 and a licensed California General Contractor since 1983. He also holds a current NCARB certificate. Mr. Moe’s extensive experience in remedial design, design development, contract documentation and administration with existing facilities has made him a specialist in providing bid documents for renovation and remedial architectural work. Additional responsibilities include cost/benefit analysis and overall project management. Mr. Moe has also worked on numerous cases as an expert witness for the legal community and has testified at depositions, arbitrations and trials.
