Nadia became a Partner at Ferrari Moe, LLP in the beginning of 2001. Nadia has many years of experience in architectural diagnostics with an emphasis on sealants and coatings. Nadia has worked in the construction industry as an estimator and project manager. She also has a background in rehabilitation of historic building facades. Nadia is a licensed architect in California.
Jim is a registered civil engineer in Ontario, Canada and California. He specializes in the restoration of concrete and wood structures. He has experience in the investigation, design, and contract administration of rehabilitation projects involving structural distress and waterproofing problems. Jim is also involved in litigation support for plaintiffs and defendants.
Steve is a licensed architect in California with over twenty-five years of experience in the design and construction industries. Steve has worked as a project architect and construction manager on projects ranging from large commercial and institutional to residential, including historic renovation. Steve provides design, design review, forensic, project management and construction administration services.
Austin has experience in waterproofing consultation for new construction as well as investigation of failed systems for both remediation and litigation. He has been involved in the investigation and evaluation of a wide range of building sizes and types, from single-family wood-framed residential to steel-framed skyscrapers. Austin is a licensed architect in California, Hawaii, and Oregon.
Helen has extensive architectural, structural and construction administration experience including forensic failure analysis, historic restoration and client representation including services as an expert witness. She has been involved with numerous high-profile investigations including the Kansas City Hyatt Regency walkway collapse, the State of Illinois personnel hoist failure, and was instrumental in developing the data describing the construction defects of the Minneapolis Metrodome.
Casey is a former journeyman waterproofer and has extensive experience with sealant and coating installation. He concentrates on construction administration and project management. Casey is involved in projects of all sizes and scopes.
Adrian provides waterproofing design, contract administration and project management services. He directs destructive testing in order to investigate as-built conditions. Adrian developed the window testing procedures for the office and conducts most of our negative pressure window tests. He has worked on a wide range of projects at Ferrari Moe and has experience with both residential wood frame and commerical construction.
Jason's responsibilities as a project manager include remedial waterproofing design, waterproofing design for new construction, coordination of drawings and specifications, and contract administration services. He conducts investigations of failed building assemblies and is experienced with window testing and condition surveys of existing structures.
Shams Tantawy, PhD
Shams has extensive architectural design, construction and preservation experience. He was involved during his Masters and Ph.D. studies on conservation policies of several types of buildings from historic, residential, institutional to modern high-rise buildings. As a project manager he is responsible for research, architectural design and site supervision.
Amber Antracoli
Amber is a project manager at Ferrari Moe. She has a broad base of experience in residential design as well as remedial construction drawings and project management.
Ali Chabane
Ali provides technical support to our team. He produces a wide range of plans, construction drawings, rough sketches and details using computer aided design (CAD). Ali is a licensed architect in Algeria.
